This week in the kitchen

Monday/11-Jun-18: Packing all day.

Our meal was Tagliatelle met Wortel, Citroen en Geitenkaas (Allerhande, web). Easy and not bad. I forgot to add the carrot strips to the cooking pasta, but think I would do that only right at the end, not for two full minutes. Then a small unadorned salad. Then some mini ice cream bars. Then more packing.

Tuesday/12-Jun-18: Off to a gîte near Toulouse today for a vacation. Nothing happened in the kitchen.

Wednesday/13-Jun-18-Sunday/16-Jun-18: Nothing happened in the kitchen, although we had lots of good food at our gîte.
